If you don’t want the 12-month guarantee, and only need a light touch recruitment service, we also have our low cost flat-fee recruitment service.

The flat fee is:

£4000 (+tax) split over three monthly invoices

  • Invoice 1: upon engagement i.e. before we kick off your hiring
  • Invoice 2: when you receive your candidate shortlist
  • Invoice 3: the first week your candidate starts
  • You can pay in two invoices and the fee is discounted to £3800*

Micro-companies of 10 employees or fewer receive a 50% discount on this Low Cost Flat-Fee Recruitment service.

Guarantee for our Low Cost Flat-Fee Recruitment service: full replacement if your employee does not pass your probation period

3 Monthly Payment Terms

Invoice 1 upon engagement of £1000 (+VAT)

Invoice 2: (20% of starting salary – £1000 engagement fee) divided by 2 + £70 admin fee

Invoice 3: the remainder of the fee + £70 admin fee

Starting salary £30,000

Fee = 20%

Invoice 1: £1000 (+VAT)

Invoice 2: ((20% of starting salary of £30k = £6000) – £1000 engagement fee) divided by 2 months + £70 admin fee = £2500 + £70 (+VAT)

Guarantee No. 1

Full 12-Month Peace of Mind Guarantee: if your new employee leaves for any reason in the first 12 months, we will provide a like-for-like vacancy replacement at no additional cost to you.

Guarantee No.2

Lifetime Like-for-Like Vacancy Guarantee: if the employee in this role leaves any time after 12 months or is promoted and you need to replace them, you can engage us again at 70% of our normal recruitment fee.

Guarantee No.3 

Peace of Mind Guarantee: we repeat the job advertisements and our interview process for you if you’re not completely satisfied with the  longlist.

Fair Play:

For our Unique Triple Guarantee to be in play, all we ask is:

  • Our invoices are paid on time
  • You follow the onboarding plan provided for you

 

For our Low-Cost Flat Fee Recruitment service, our guarantee is simple:

  • If your new employee leaves without passing their probation period in the first six months, we will replace them at no additional cost to you
  • This guarantee is in place as long as your invoices have been paid on time.

For our Wraparound Premium Recruitment Service, there is a non-refundable engagement fee of £1000* per vacancy. 

This is here for many reasons and helps both you and us.

It shows us you’re serious about your hiring, that you are committed to hiring well, and to us partnering together.

There are lots of early-stage set-up and resource costs such as over £500* per advert. You can appreciate we cannot advertise every job vacancy ‘just in case’ a business owner decides to hire.

The engagement fee also acts as a reservation in our team’s diary. Unlike traditional recruiters, we work on a ‘Jerry Maguire’ model. This means we only work with a few business owners at a time. 

You don’t want our team, your people partners, to lose focus because they’re trying to help you and lots of others at the same time.

Fewer clients. 

Better service.

For our Low-Cost Flat Fee Recruitment service, your engagement fee is a third of the fee £4000* (or less for micro companies of fewer than 10 staff). This engagement fee is therefore £1333.33* or less. 

The reason for you paying this engagement fee is to secure our team’s expertise and make sure they’re not stretched too thin across many vacancies and companies. 

If the engagement fee puts you off, we would recommend you consider a more traditional contingency service where you won’t have to part with any money, until and if the recruiter is able to help. Bear in mind, you will unlikely be able to take advantage of a similar 12-Month Peace of Mind Guarantee in this instance. 

Alternatively you may want to consider our Low-Cost Flat Fee Recruitment support plan.

Your new employee has access to our Support Hotline also. A personalised service with one of our team who know you and your new employee, guaranteed.

You also have access to assessments for optimising management of your new employee and DISC profiling if required.

Our Low-Cost Flat Fee Recruitment Service is less personalised but still hands-on.

You benefit from our group AMA (Ask Me Anything) Calls as opposed to one-to-one check-ins.

Plus you also have access to our team for all your questions and concerns once your employee starts with you, and we support you throughout their probation period via email.

All partners (clients/customers) have free access to our workshops and online webinars whether you are with us on the Wraparound Premium or Low-Cost Flat Fee Recruitment service.

Our engagement process typically involves an initial consultation (you can book a strategy call here), needs assessment to make sure we are the right fit for you and vice versa, proposal outlining all details agreed including any payment terms, contract signing, and then your project kickoff meeting with your assigned People Partner.

Results vary depending on the service and the complexity of your needs.

We can help you in quick as 21 days from engagement to someone starting in your team.
