In the early years of my recruitment career (backing the 1990s), I grew tired of the outdated methods most recruiters still use to find candidates. That was in the first week of my first recruitment job in Bristol, England.

It felt like recruiters just wanted to focus on sales and commissions and didn’t care about the business owners and the candidates’ success in the roles. I made it my mission to change the experience of working with recruiters for our clients and candidates.

I had a vision to revolutionise the recruitment industry, which was fixated on sales and commissions without regard for clients or candidates. So I set out to create an entirely new experience that puts people first!
