R&D Engineer (Robotics with some DFM)

Location: London

Salary: Depends on experience

Are you an experienced R&D Design for Manufacturing engineer with an interest/passion for robotics?

Would you like to be a key member of the R&D team at the forefront of robotics tech?

And are you based in London or can commute to Camden with ease?

If you’re looking for a huge company with loads of structure, then this role is not the right one for you.

 

For the new DFM Engineer role, your skills and experience will show many of the following:

    • Electro-mechanical systems
    • Medium volume complex system manufacture
    • Volume manufacturing processes e.g. injection moulding
    • Producing excellent documentation
    • Outsourcing
    • Additive manufacturing
    • Working with suppliers and manufacturers to optimise products
    • Specifying components
    • QA/QC processes
    • Knowledge of engineering drawings/tolerances/engineering specifications

 

We’d also love to the Design for Manufacturing Engineer to display the following:

  • Curiosity
  • Team player
  • Maturity in your role is autonomous and reports directly into senior management
  • Growth mindset and the desire to continually learn

 

Salary: TBC so please apply and we can discuss once we have our phone interview. We are unsure of the salary point as you’d be the first to do this role within the organisation, however, you would have 36 days holiday, share options, flexible hours (Monday to Friday) and a fantastic team and work environment in North London (as well as the salary!)
