Initial base Salary: £20,000-22,000

 

We are considering those looking for either full-time and part-time employment for this Graduate Building Surveyor role.

Part-time: This is an ideal role for anyone wanting to have a clear work/life balance and work 20 hours across 3,4 or 5 days each week.

  • If in time, you’d like an increase in your part-time hours or indeed a full-time role

About the Manchester team that you’d be joining:

  • A very well established building surveying consultancy which has expanded from London into other cities in England
  • The new Manchester office is led by a highly respected and experienced Chartered Surveyor with full back-up from colleagues in London
  • You would be the second member of staff in the Manchester team (exciting!)
  • The company has a very good track record of supporting graduate building surveyors through their APC.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience and personality:

  • RICS accredited degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player as you’ll be thrown in at the deep end with supporting the existing building surveyor heading up this team
  • Able to work full-time or part-time with minimal management (zero micro-management here)
  • The desire to continue learning and complete your APC
