Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 if this role was full-time – therefore £16,500 to £19,800 depending on your experience

Well, this could be your next role…

We’re helping an ambitious high-tech fitness equipment company to hire a new Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a part-time role and is Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day. Start time can be flexible such as 9.30am-2.30pm or 10am-3pm.

You’ll be taking care of:

  • Talking with customers and clarifying and helping them place their order and following through on that internally, through to delivery to the client
  • Creating invoices for all sales transactions
  • Placing production orders order with the factory and keeping everything on track
  • Following up on expected orders, liaising with customers over the phone at every
  • stage to maintain customer service levels
  • Supporting a small sales team of 4 people
  • Keeping the databases up to date
  • Acting as an informal office manager with more general admin-related tasks

About you:

  • Great at talking to people on the phone
  • Able to write professional but friendly emails to customers
  • Very well organised and good at following a process
  • ‘On the ball’ and good with detail
  • Very much a team player
  • Friendly, outgoing, and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good fun – we think a sense of humour is essential for good team working
  • Problem-solving skills, with a willingness to own a problem and see it through to resolution
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential
  • Comfortable working alone on occasion
  • Flexible and open to change (fast growth means things change quickly)
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and managing a number of projects at one time
